A home for the women who are holding everything and running on nothing.
The Collective Exhale is a membership for burnt-out moms who feel off, feel alone, and are ready to feel like themselves again with support of one breath, one bowl, one at a time.
The bloodwork comes back "normal." The doctor says stress. Everyone around you says you're doing so much, you're such a good mom, and you smile, and you nod, and you go make dinner thinking about the next task.
But you know.
You know it in the way you snap (or want to) at your kids over nothing and then cry in the shower so no one hears. In the exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch. In how you can be in a room full of your own family and still feel like you're the only one who's not okay. Heart palpitations that come and go.
You're not imagining it. Your body is trying to tell you something, and it's not a diagnosis you're missing... it's a nervous system that's been in survival mode for so long, it forgot there was another setting.

You don't need another supplement stack, another 5am routine, another thing to optimize. You need somewhere to exhale ... actually, physically exhale ... with people who get it, without having to explain yourself first.
That's what The Collective Exhale is. Not a course (although there are mini ones to get you started if you'd like). Not a to-do list. A place to come back to your body, and to each other, on the weeks life is loud and the weeks it's quiet.
Here's what's waiting for you inside...
(besides a village to walk alongside you)

Every Wednesday at 12:30pm EST (currently), we gather. Live breathwork and sound bowl healing, guided by functional breathwork and cranial nerve work, not just "relaxation." This is nervous system repair, not a nap. Can't make it live? Every session is recorded and you have unlimited access as long as your membership is in good standing.
For the in-between moments of folding laundry, driving to practice, the 10 minutes before bed. A weekly drop that keeps you tethered to your practice and to yourself. A meditative sound bowl experience with intentional guidance to cater to emotions across the spectrum.

Mini Breathwork Course
A self-paced primer in Buteyko breathing and functional neurology basics to retrain your baseline breath rate and nervous system to a stable resilient state - really the why behind the practice, so that life isn't just something that happens to you and you escalate but, it's something you ground yourself in, understand and implement immediately. Use on your own, anytime your body needs it.

You know it's coming, the Cozy Cocoon Session or the Bowls of Intention drop and some part of you actually looks forward to it. You show up and the are kids fed, laundry half-done (which remember, is better than not!)... it doesn't matter ... and for 45 minutes, someone else is holding space for you.
You leave a little lighter. Not because everything's fixed, but because your body remembers what regulated feels like now. And when Thursday gets hard again, you're not starting from zero ... you're breathing between, the way you already know how.
This is for you if:
You're running a full household and feel like the hamster wheel just keeps spinning
You've been told your labs are "normal" but you don't feel normal
You're craving connection with women who actually get this season of life
You want tools that fit into real life, not an hour you don't have
You want to come out of the experience with practical tools on an on going basis
This isn't for you if:
You're looking for a medical diagnosis or treatment (we're a wellness community, not a substitute for care)
You want a passive membership you'll never open (this works because you show up, even a little)

I'm Randi Stone... homeschooling mom, wife, barefoot enthusiast, Registered Massage Therapist, and founder of Breathing Through Stone. I built The Collective Exhale because I lived the version of burnout that doesn't show up on a chart: the fog, the loneliness, the feeling of being touched-out and talked-out by 6pm every single day after a pandemic injury.
Functional breathwork and cranial nerve work changed how my own nervous system holds stress. Not by adding more to my plate, but by finally giving my body permission to come down off high alert. This membership is that practice, shared.
How much time does this actually take?
As little as one Wednesday session a week, plus a podcast episode during your commute. It's designed to fit inside the life you already have, not replace it. You come and go as your nervous system requires. Access is through the simplero app where all the courses, classes and Devoted Community Chat lives
What if I can't make Cozy Cocoon live?
Every session is recorded and stays in the membership library. Join whenever works for you.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. The Collective Exhale is a wellness and nervous system support community, not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. If something feels medically urgent, please see your doctor.
What if I've never done breathwork before?
The Foundations course walks you through everything from the ground up. No experience needed. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to email exhale@breathingthroughstone.com
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. We'd rather you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
What is the cost?
Founding member cost is $22.00 CAD per month, $222.00CAD for the year and $555.00 CAD plus a Being Tee Shirt for a one time payment for lifetime access. Applicable taxes extra.
Are there refunds?
Refunds are applicable solely for the last payment made as long as the request falls BEFORE the next scheduled Cozy Cocoon Class (which fall every Wednesday currently - this is subject to change).
Breathe through it, to grow through it ... together.
We are Thriving in the Exhale friends.
